I've only recently got started with figure customizing this year. Where i'm having trouble is taking decent pictures. The only camera i have is the one built into my palm pilot, and while it gets the idea across, it's not so good for detail. I have some shots of my work on my Photobucket page, but it's the details that make the custom. I try to make sure i have lots of light, but aside from a better camera, is there anything i can do to take better pics?

Daylight instead of Lightbulbs and such, a clear backround, not white, preferably light gray (you can get big sheets of gray carton paper [?] in hobby stores) makes it easier to change the pic afterwards, dont use a flash on the cam, and maybe try building a tripod or something similiar for your palm so it stays in a steady position and you just have to repostition the figure. there isnt much else you can do, or sell the palm and buy a cam with the money :D
