Guess you could say I am a big fan of Leger as the joker. I do not have any figures of him in that role and see that there are quite a few out there. Probably the lowest would be the dc direct which runs $80.00-$100.00. Higher up would be the hot toys and sideshow versions but they tend to run quite a bit more in the pricing area but they do look fantastic. Would like to know if the pricing is worth it for these. I do see that the joker 2.0-dx are running up to $1,000.00 nice as it is I cannot see paying that much. Most of these are on Ebay. Are there any reputable online stores that sell these. I used to buy from Viking Playground but it seems the site is down. Opinions would be very appreciated.

I'd say Hot Toys versions are worth it, but not $1000 unless it has custom rooted hair head sculpt. I would avoid ebay listing as the price can go way higher, join Facebook groups, collectors offload their figures quite often and I can see Joker pricing from 400-500 USD each with rooted hair.

My question to the OP is the following.

Are you open/receptive to "clone"/"custom" (i.e. knock off, etc.) inspired components (i.e. head sculpts, bodies, and accessories/outfits) to assemble your own "Heath" inspired Joker figure or you have absolutely no aptitude, desire, and/or patience to assemble your own and insist upon the real deal for instant gratification and brand/component authenticity for whatever reasons?

If you answer no, then you know what you need to do provided you can come up with the $.

If you answer yes, then it's a matter of compromise and learning to build some of your favorite characters that doesn't have a coveted brand name associated with it.

I am open to both areas on Leger Joker Figures.
Then peruse through eBay to view a variety of "Heath" Joker head sculpts, outfits, and HT clone bodies in varying quality and prices and consider assembling your own and save $ compared to the real deal.

There are other online sources asides from eBay, but that is based on your level of comfort.

Good luck!

I've done a few searches, but would love some facebook group recommendations?

Edit: I should have mentioned that I live in Denmark, so groups and alike in Europe would be preferable.

the HT Ledger Joker ver. 2 is worth it. i collect few movie figures but that one is the star of my small collection. worth every penny...and the prices aren't all that insane considering it came out a while ago.
there are a ton of them for sale on eBay...(don't really understand peoples nagging about eBay. In 18 years buying haven't had one problem)

I have been buying and selling on Ebay since 2002 and have only been cheated once for a Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry poster for $15.00. If this is the version 2 you are talking about, the lowest price that I have found for new in box is $575.00 US Dollars
