Hi needing some tips/ help on head sculpt painting please:

What's the best way to add subtle highlights/glow to the face/skin? (someone has mentioned using pastel fix spray, any method by using brushes?)

Which shade in Tamiya paint is closest to the eyebrows in the Wolverine head sculpt pic? It looks like a mid cool brown with some taupe in them is it achieved by adding white/earth to Flat Brown?
