Good question. I bet they use them, however in light of recent events they might be limited...

Hand Grenades - Can PMC's Use Them?

In the shadow company documentary, a contractor carried 2. 1 iraqi grenade, and 1 american. 1 SUV also had an AT4 rocket in it.
it'd probably be easy to source them specifically in a war zone.
Greg, you should PM Steve O or Bear...they are current PMCs..they'd be able to give you the skinny..
