So I've done some fimo work before, and worked in sculpy a bit, but have always oven fired the pieces when completed. I've heard of some using a blow drier for the same results, and given the mods it would be ideal.
What is the best way people have found to go about this? I prefer Fimo, but is sculpy the better option here? If I'm sculpting onto something hollow, does that affect the end result? Should I open and fill cavities before baking? How sanded do you make the surface before sculpting onto it?
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance,
RW
