The Fiódorova Avtomat was a select-fire automatic rifle. It was designed by Vladimir Grigorievich Fiodorov in 1915 and made first in the Russian Empire and later in the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. It was made between 1915 and 1924; most of the rifles were made in the 1920s. About 3,200 Fedorov rifles were made. This rifle was used in World War I, in the Russian Civil War, and in the Winter War. Some features like bulk notwithstanding, the Fiódorova Avtomat may be considered a primitive member of the “assault rifle” lineage.

I obtained a couple of 3D files of the rifle to combine parts. Printed a few on my UV 3D printer, and detailed and painted one of them.
