Here is a Bronze Age Ewart Park sword I made from the remnants of a brass kickplate. It took almost as long to make this as a full sized one. The riveting on the grip was a major hassle.

Very nice. The rivets may have been a hassle but they certainly paid off. Looks excellent.

A wicked blade, and the comment about the time to make it made me grin.

I've made full-sized bronze swords. Miniatures are harder in some respects. If you are out by a millimeter on a full-sized sword, it doesn't matter much. It matters a great deal at 1:6.
