The dragon sets don't have any clothes or adhesive, just the material.

InToyz has a sniper with the full suit, and it goes cheap nowadays. This picture is from Tonys toys / store on 44 where they have it for $15.
You can see how you can make pieces of cloth to glue or sew onto any set of fatigues to make the base for a gillie suit.

i haven't tried actually making a suit with the material yet, but i don't think it should be too hard; there dont seem to be a lot of rules you have to follow, just glue the stuff on till it looks good.

Now watch, when i finally get around to making one ill find out its extremely difficult!

The BBI sniper pack just has the backpack, last I checked. DML has a netting and material, but you'll have to stitch that together comehow. As for the ghillie suit--you're out of luck--AFAIK you either have to go and purchase a Sniper fig and put it together (BBI Snake being one of the better 'classic' woodland snipers).

Either that, or you can take the time and effort to turn a flightsuit/jumpsuit into a sniper's ghillie suit.

 

If you can still find bbi's "Snake", he's your best best for the most complete sniper to start with.

 

You can find loose, reasonably priced sniper gear including Dragon Roy's jacket (just add trousers), camo material, weapons, etc. at Opsgear.

 

Men....a proper Ghillie in 1:6 scale is not too difficult but VERY time consuming. It takes as long in 1:6 as it does in real life ........30 or more hours:

Your best bet would be BBI's Snake. He has the gillie suit, the stuff to put on it, a radio, a telescope, an extra M-16, the sniper rifle, a boonie hat, a pistol (I think). The gillie suit is a pain in the rear to put together but so worth it when complete.

 

I'm gonna also recommend BBI Snake for the complete Sniper base.

Personally, putting together his suit is one of my favourite 1/6 scale memories... it was very cathartic.
