That's very nice. He's really well put together and looks entirely convincing. Do you intend him for an officer ? I notice the collar and tie.
If you wanted to raise him to perfection, my only suggestions might be to paint the edges of his insignia, which show rather white : it's a fiddly job, but worth it.
And the webbing : Most of the manufactured British webbing by DML & BBI is really too pale . Vallejo 914 or 880 are pretty good matches for the real colour.
And most Bergen rucksacks were a darker olive green shade than shown, by the late war period.
But that's just me being a pedant !
