Man that barrel from the flak looks like it could be made into a really cool sci-fi sniper rifle, something on the lines of anti-tank. Could be pretty cool for a custom rifle for a Saito figure from ghost in the shell: sac

Well rogerbee...it is kind of odd that DML pays so much attention to offering cool hardware in it's different forms...if only they paid as much attention to offering up different types of figs....:b

Interesting, I new the Germans had 2cm/20mm and 3.7cm/37mm guns, but wasn't aware of a 3cm/37mm. A bit of looking about confirmed that they did indeed. This gun seems to alllow the use of the 2cm mount, which would mean cheaper prod costs for DML/CH.

Funny you mention that PD...when I first saw the above pic yesterday I thought it might be some weird one-off that the germans planned/produced but may have not used (kinda like the controversial pea-dot fally smock DML produced coupla' years back)...but looking about confirmed they did indeed use this gun. Looks great and I know my wallet doesn't need the extra strain but I'm pretty sure I'll be picking this one up.

Quick! Close the thread, Spanner's coming!!

Only kidding, this isn't bad, but it'll be seriously expensive if it makes it to this side of the pond.

CHEERS!
Despite what you may think I have no need to critiscise DMl for a release such as this. If you look at what i critiscise you will see that it is critiscism of poor product as bioth the modern britis were. it is also critiscism of previewing one thing then switching it for a ww2 german or something else. All quite legitimate
If this had been previewed as a Brit 6 pdr and figure then released as this I'd be in complaining to the high heavans. I have absolutely no interest in German WW2 but a lot of people do so why would I critiscise this. I have built the small scale version from DML and this looks quite good.
