It's been a awhile since I posted a figure due to other pressing issues, but none-the-less here's my latest.

The figure represents a private in Co. K, 69th New York State Militia at the First Battle of Bull Run, 1861. Not yet brigaded with the other Irish regiments to form the famous Irish Brigade, the 69th New York was in the thick of the fighting at First Bull Run. The 69th boasted in "Zouave" company. In reality they were dressed more as Chaussers but in '61 everyone wanted to be a Zouave.

The pose is based on Don Troiani's painting.

A real work of art is BattleGears's cartridge box. It has a working flap and pockets. Very nice.
