I had to look that one up, I cannot say I've seen that in our scale. It seems like such a thing might be made, as an individual project. I'd hazard a guess that putting two mid-rear sections of stahlhelms together might be a start.

This was the only steel helmet of exclusive Austrian design produced by Austro-Hungary during WW1. The total production was of about 140.000 helmets, manufactured by Arthur Krupp A. G. Berndorf. The standard non-reflective brown paint is retained on 99% of the helmets.
