Has anyone ever had to replace the batteries in the hot toys Luke new hope figure? In my experience with sideshow Vader's stand I bought new batteries for it and they don't have enough power to make it light up. I need to change the batteries in the arm but hopefully I will have better luck with it. Anyone else ever replaced thier batteries yet?

Instruction manual is here
https://www.sideshowtoy.com/assets/instructions/9024361.pdf

It uses 3x AG1/LR621 batteries. LED lights that use this battery arrangement should last dozens of hours.

I don't know why they don't use pin batteries. This kind of battery would fit in the light sabre itself so the weapon wouldn't have to be permanently attached to the hand.

Here is a basic 1/6 flashlight I made from a pin battery. Light duration is over 20 hours.
