I made up a new Barbarian woman just for grins.

The shoulder straps I made myself. The sword holder I made too. I stitched on the black fur to SW LS robe. The necklace from one of my puppies baby teeth she lost it chewing her toy's. Oh yeah,,, you cant see it but, I made a hatchet holder for her throwing ax. I didn't think to show it. my bad...

I'm sure the rest of her outfit might look familiar. Thanks for looking.

This looks really good. Even though I am not a fan of the specific sub-genre, I think you have done some excellent customization and creation, and what you ended up with seems to be at least as good, probably better than Phicen's boxed figures. Hmm, barbarian woman warrior with a Constantinian sword...
