Finally made a Dt. David Mills. Being trying to get one off Ebay but the Hot Toys runs $500-$1000. And this knock-off was going to be a starting point, but keep getting out bid.
Finally bought a resin headsculpt off ebay and used the items I've being collecting or had to finish him. Body armor I had was to big. will have to buy something smaller, but here he is so far.

Got it off ebay for $29.90 plus shipping from mwtoyz. Saw another one from another seller for $49.99, but it looked pitted.
