Hiya, first time poster. I need a helping hand. I have the Hot Toys Arkham Knight Batman and part of an ear has broken off, unfortunately the option to just glue back on isn’t an option here as it’s vanished. So I’d like to try my hand at casting a new one to glue on in its place. My only question is, what would be the ideal type of material to use for this job?

Why not try Aves Apoxie and sculpt a new one? It doesn't even have to be perfect, as you can sand it once it hardens in 3-4 hours. It's excellent stuff. I've used it for years. Good luck.

Easiest solution is find one on Ebay. Folks part out everything these days.
