OhIv'e never recieved anything broken, but i ordered a Phicen SS when they first came out. When she arrived, she had a flaw under her arm. I told the vendor, they said i could send her back for a replacement. Instead, i got them to send me an older Phicen figure with the plastic skeleton as a freebie, and for comparison. Chalk and cheese! The first time i tried to pose her, SNAP!!! i broke her arm (common problem). Damn it! I'm too afraid to pose her now, so she just stands on set like a mannequin. That's one advantage she has over the SS, she's good at standing unaided!
I think oldiest figures & acc-s was more "stronger" to a force then a new ones because evolution of a quality (from lower to higher), Isn't it?Earlier, a number of weapons arrived broken ...
I agree, absolutely. It's a devil's choice.I think oldiest figures & acc-s was more "stronger" to a force then a new ones because evolution of a quality (from lower to higher), Isn't it?

Nothing major, but enough to let me moanoh no I've just ordered the aci ring waith figure lurpdog now has me worried
If it is actual shipping damage yes. The seller is always responsible for insurance and making any claims, or any damage resulting from shipping even if they have not insured the package. Contact your seller for assistance, but if you aren't able to get it resolved you then go through your payment provider that you used to make payment.OK, gentlemen - if I receive a damaged package, can I get the insurance money?
