Any Japan only Must get items?

I have a friend in Japan who is willing to pick me up a few things while he is in Tokyo. Are there anything I should try to get that I can't get in the USA easily and where would be the best place to get the item?

How about those Takara Deunan or Briareos figures? I dont know when they are supposed to be out but it's a start.
