So this pouch comes with HT USMC SAW Gunner. I can't figure out what it is used for. Any help?

I believe it's just a regular mag pouch. The M249 can be loaded with regular M16/M4 magazines, although reportedly, this has a tendency to jam. It's probably there for emergency ammo.

Or a strobe pouch maybe.

It's a M4 pouch.The muscle bound Green Beret had 3 on his SPEAR BAS.

It's HT disappointing take on an M4 mag pouch..I have too many of those I need to use somehow or paint perhaps..
