Yep! Starting off the New Year with a finish custom build.

A Custom M4 build.

Parts used.

4d Puzzle DSR-1 Barrel Shroud.

The Butt stock is made from Scratch. Going to replace it with something ease later on.

The Barrel is out of Alluvium tubing. To give the M4 a Heavy Barrel Markman look.

And that's pretty much it.

Going to build a Scope for this rifle tomorrow.

I plan on doing something along similar lines myself as a first attempt,. but not with a scratch built stock. This is way above my skills.

Working up the courage to chop 2-3 weapons so that I get the needed "ingredients"...

Let us see the finished product with scope etc when you are ready.

DAM had a UBR with their Ryder Watson. You can find the rifle for cheap from a number of retailers and it's got a short DD rail. Soldier Story will also have one with their upcoming Aircrew figure.

I really like what you have done with this one Uswin! Nice use of the DSR-1 handguard. I have used them in a few of my builds to date. They do appear to be quite versatile.

I saw a Rail like the one I used on the M4 Marksman off Google. I believe it's made by Daniel Defense? Not 100% sure of it. But there was a picture of 2 Navy Seals using something like the one I built here.

Never would have thought to use that as a forend for an M4.
