Take a look at GSTG web site under preorder's they have a limited number of the Japan Customizer version, such as the one in the Specfigures 2 mag, available for preorder. Comes with the ABA pack. Just ordered mine as a late Holiday gift to myself.

Yes, it's my understanding that this is the limited version. I agree, price is on a high side for it, but well I want one anyway...
