While a rehash of some pieces its gonna be a multi buy for me. At least 6? Most all parts are great and can be used all over for bashes . The 3 prong really bothers me but thats about it. Can't wait for it either way

I like it. The fact that ACE is still the only company doing Nam figures is a great thing. Sure it's a rehash and collection of parts from other figures, but the gear load, and equipment are well reflected of the unit. And from what I have seen, this line is still selling pretty well for them. The gear looks fantastic as usual.

One thing that bugs me a bit is the head and neck. They seem to be quite floppy still, and the neck a touch on the long side. Then there is the really nice looking sculpts they have been making, but joined to plain plastic neck not colour matched to the head. It's a little thing, but when it's that visible sticking out of the collar, it's something they should address. And the body's joints could use some tightening. This design is almost 10 years old now, so they could easily be making something like DAM bodies now. Considering DAM uses a similar body on some of their figures, but have started moving to a newer style, I think it's time for a Man Mk2 body. Still better than the E&S bodies though.

I like the young looking Sean Penn appearance to the head. Not totally like him, but close enough.

that head has a weird shape from certain angles and that neck and head configuration is atrocious. The sole of ace's jungle boots to me have always looked wrong. reason i don't use them. The rucksack and ammo belt are things I can definitely use and need. overall tho a nice figure..

Maybe ACE can revisit the Old Hot toys figures also, the Shorty M60 gunner, and the Seal Stoner Machine Gun operator
You know these were just fantasy Seals, you don't wade the Rung Sat Special Zone sleeveless for example. And beard and pony tail were just not something of the time.

Well, that figure sure would look nice next to my Mike Force Kitbash I did awhile ago, using the 21sC Mike force Parts I had.
