What you think about mistakes in details in brand name's serial figures (with real background) - is it good opportunity for collectable artefact or not?

Probably only valuable if you are interested in flawed items. Some see it as valuable, most probably see it as flawed and worthless, or worth less value.

Most folks will probably see it as poor QC, and have flawed items replaced.
