** Some fun with my new arrival: S.H. 1964 Godzilla.

He's got a lot of character to him for just being a 6 inch toy.
I think it has a lot to do with the articuation in the head. It turns
and tilts, plus the mouth opens.

For example, I looked at this picture and this came to mind.

Think Samual L Jackson ala Pulp fiction. But on a movie set after an intern messes up his coffee.

I know it's silly, but I laughed my *** off picturing Samual L inside the suit with a Tarantino sytle rant.

Enjoy :lol

Very cool! Where did you dind him? S.H.? whats that?
S.H MonsterArts, I think, make some of the best(though its not 1/6)
figures. Kind of like the hot toys of 6 inch figures.
I grew up on Godzilla movies and we never had toys as good
as these when I was a kid. Next for me will be King Ghidorah.
so I can pose him with this figure.

Type s.h. monsterarts into ebay and take a look.
They actually make a very nice Alien and Predator as well.
I'd say them and X-plus are super high detail and pretty
accurate to the film versions. Though X-plus are almost like statues, with very little articulation.

Both are not cheap though.
But again, you get what you pay for. Lucky for me I
didn't pay full price, I won him on ebay for about $17 less than
normal retail.

Here's a few more in-hand pictures.

And a little photoshop fun. I lite up the eyes and blended in the seams.
