just came across (and blogged) about this duo of 12-inch figures of 24's Jack Bauer by Diamond Select - not sure if this has been mentioned before (sorry if this be old news, feel free to delete post if yes :p) and thought to share with you folks :)

Jack-left (in grey shirt) is the "3pm"-version (based on his 1st season appearance as he trieds to track down his kidnapped wife and daughter), while the "fresher" looking dude in brown-top is the "Regular"-version for when he starts off the day ... (apparently) each figure features 25-points of articulation, "and detailed cloth and plastic clothing along with a wealth of accessories sure to prove useful defusing bombs, hunting terrorists or uncovering government conspiracies!"

Regular-Jack is available Jan 16th for US$39.99

3pm-Jack is slated for a (tentative) June 15th for US$39.99 - pre-order via:

For those who did not spend a 100.00 bucks on that Japanese import....here's one that should look pretty cool in your display case. 40.00 bucks is not bad.
I'm sure there will be some criticism on this figure, but for the people who are fans of the show...now's your chance to grab him.

The headsculpt (at least the one that I've got) looks more like Lee Majors than Keifer Sutherland, but then again, the Day 1 Jack Bauer doesn't make the grade either. I'd rther pay $40 for a figure that doesn't make the grade than $150...

For $40 the sculpt looks friggin' great.

wait til you guys see the final product... i mean you can't base your judgements on prototypes nowadays anymore... lets just say the final product is the exact same quality as the photos... you will be paying 40 bucks just for the head.. because they tailoring on the clothes look like **** comapred to medicom's

Yeah but I don't touch Medicom anyway----not only because of the 'tarded prices, but because of the teeny-weeny scale.
