Any tips on how i can fix this? I bought this doll on ebay and when i took the jacket off i was greeted by this. The seller refunded me $15 dollars, but i'm still stuck with this issue.

I don't believe you can repair that. It's obviously a manufacturing fault. Just get a new one.

I believed that's a used figure, at least the silicon body. I've damaged phicens by positioning the arm for a prolonged period of time, and one of the results is this.

Silicone is pretty forgiving but once it does get pushed past its limits then it's pretty much done.

Can the arm be rotated back to settle the skin? It does look like the arm has been wound around the wrong way?
