I'm working on turning a plastic figure into something that looks like it's made out of metal, but with some rust in areas. But I've never done anything like that before. Does anyone have any tips or a tutorial on how to make something look somewhat rusty? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Also, you can look up vids of drybrushing in youtube. It's basically a dry brush dipped straight into paint (with the excess paint wiped off), which you then brush over the edges and corners of stuff that are prone to weathering.
Whoa that stuff looks cool. That looks like an easier way to go for a newb like me. Thanks for that, DeFather.
