    Need something dyed

I would like this wetsuit to be dyed completely black, I plan to do a
SPLINTER CELL kitbash with it. Would anyone be willing to dye it for me?

    ......preferably for free

1.) Go to your local grocery store.
2.) buy 2 boxes of RIT or other common cloth dye.
    3.) Return home, Read directions.
    4.) Follow Directions.
5.) Enjoy the fruits of your labour. (Optional)

how well does Ritt dye sythetic fabrics? i know i have used it to dye actrual plastic pieces before so i would think it could handle plastic-based fabrics like nylon... not sure though.

It's touch and go. Occassionally you find a super resiliant tread that will stubbornly refuse to take the pigement, but being that it's to be turned black, you can take the brute force option and just let it sit until it goes...

You other option is the good ol' Sharpie marker. Usually takes going over it a few times, and you want to make sure it's super dry before you put it anywhere near a fgure, but it should work too.

that looks synthetic. rit dye probably wont take on it. the yellow will probably never dye to match the black. and black is one of the hardest colors to dye, you usually have to dye it red first then black to get a good black.

the permanent marker sounds like a good idea, or maybe just paint it black.
