Probably not quite what you're looking for but the Hasbro Classic Collection SAS figure from 1996 had one- its a crude plastic mold, but its the gun...
For today's standards, you might be better off doing a frankenstein job with a Dragon G3A3/A4 and an MP5.

It should be pretty easy mod. If you get the Dragon Ulrich GSG9 for 15 bucks you would have the mag well and most of the rest of the weapon. Just need to pick up a MP5 for the front guard and you would be ready to go. 20.00 buck for the weapon and a figure to boot.

The 21st Century one is great.
Theirs is the .308, but if you want a 5.56, just put the mag from Hasbro's HK53 in there.
No moding required. You just have to find it.

the hasbro gi joe one is silenced, but the TUS isn't. both are pretty good, but also pretty rare. they might fetch the same price on the secondary market due to rarity.
