I've got a Witch Hunter Witcher figure preordered from them. They customer service was very quick to reply to questions I had about my order. This is my only experience with them so far. He was able to help me apply my discount coupon to my preorder although the preorder technically didn't qualify for said coupon.
Thanks! I preordered some figs from them with a down payment (that i know haven't been released yet) and got a notice immediately saying I should make the rest of the payment. Assuming it was automated, based on (recently passed) release date estimates on their site. Since these are "grey market" figs, CN just happened and now virus, I imagine these dates will go back even further.
