Very, very nice. I love the detail and the pose. The mail armour is excellent. The tree works well too.
The Second Crusade is too early for surcoats. The earliest evidence for surcoats is an illustration the Winchester Bible, which dates to c. 1180, and these were the longer ciglatons, that reached down to the ankles. Templars were not permitted to wear surcoats until they were given special Papal dispensation in 1248. Before that date they wore regular Cistercian monk's robes over their armour.
There is no evidence that separate coifs were worn that early either. The earliest evidence for separate coifs dates to the end of the 12th century. Before that time hauberks had integrated coifs.

Truly amazing job, i'll say. But i'll never understand why such knights went away to Jerusalem. Could be that i cant understan the social side of humans or the religious reasons either.
One is bigger than 1/6 scale, but that does'nt matter !
stunning work as usual
Very nice. What do you use for the snow? That looks real.
Fantastic figure and moving scene!
