    PewPewGun Robotic body

I just saw this on BBICN and thought there would be interest here:

I don't know anything about more this figure, information was limited.

I'd buy, if the price is right.

I need it for reasons! (meaning I will probably leave it untouched - or better buy two! And dress one as military!)

Yeah I really thought that while writing - now I really need this one!

I thought the exact same thing about the head. The body looks very impressive but the head kind of lets it down. I still like it though and will definitely get one.

Cool! Going to be pricey though... I really like the head, very detailed if you look at it closely you can see it even has an Apache helicopter like nose sensor array.

I just hope this new company don't pull a 1000 Toys' "hipster" trick for it's price tag and selling methods. That would suck. Yup, bitchin'.

If they merge this with ER/Phicen and make a 21st century BW Fembot, that would just be insane, wouldn't it, DFC?

It's more of a Japanese cultural thing. They're into very short run, exclusive, random lottery type limited edition collectibles. And the designer of the figures is a well known artist, so it really drives the value up. I should know, I bought their CARB and Anti-CARB figures, and it set me back quite a bit.

And if you're interested, 1000 Toys announced on Facebook that they're going to be offering a full production run of their original Synthetic Human figure.

It does indeed look amazing, certainly caught my attention last night. I've been in touch with PEWPEWGUN and they responded back pretty quickly, no further details on price or release date yet (although they're hoping for this year... not much time left though!).

Fingers crossed I *may* get one for review too

I hope at one point, a company will produce a 1/6 model kit humanoid robot like this one. I don't mind spending some time building it and in the same time, pay less for one that is ready made.
DML is in driving seat on this suggestion.
