HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I friggin knew it. On their Facebook page HT was having a competition to guess what MMS300 would be, I should have gotten more of our "cynical" membership <3 to guess. Y'all could have won!

That said, this looks as good as any. The details seem really nice in each successive diecast item and I like the worn paint.
I imagine there's less risk of color fading on these guys as the rubber? pelvis on their plastic ones like the Mk VII?
Nice bit of accessories too. Did he have any more weapons than this? I do wonder why there isn't a Stark sculpt included, don't the flagship Ironmen usually have it?
I feel like at this juncture, they could randomly toss one in from their bins for 'free.' I joke of course.

Thank you as always for posting the newest goodies, ZIPCOOLIO

There are multiple RTs on each foot..... one of the unique characteristics of Mk.45.... Not captured by HT??

Why dirt stains on the face plate? And no Stark head?

While this is a diecast figure, I suspect they'll still use rubbery part on his pelvis just like in Mk 42 and Mk 43. The red on the crotch of my Mk 42 is starting to fade.

Anyways, so far the only figure I'm getting from the AoU line is Cap. I might regret not getting the Hulkbuster but with the current price point and exchange rate, the HT movie line is just too expensive to afford.

Oh I didn't know that. That sucks man. Are you planning to repaint eventually or is it not that noticeable?
I figure there's a big enough Iron Man crowd that they'll know what paint will match.

The (only) change in Mk. 43, was the switch to hard plastic crotch/pelvis/hips/undies area.... from the soft PVC of Mk. 42

I stand corrected, I assume since it's just a repaint they're using the same thing.

It's on the back so not that noticeable but still annoying because HT charged top dollar for it. I plan on repainting it with clear red but I'll do google-research first.

Soooo...is this the 300th MMS figure, or the 300th IRON MAN figure? I've lost count. After the Starburst armor, the Skittles armor, the Hulkbuster armor, the Peanutbuster parfait armor, it gets so confusing.

You know, in reality Tony Stark would be bankrupt with the cost of all these suits of armour!

If Tony Stark could afford the price of Hot Toys armor he wouldn't be making his own

I like the way this looks, but I'm curious can this figure to the iconic one fist slam landing pose?

I get the anger over all the IM3 variants, but this was one of 3 main armors that he wore in Avengers 2 - I don't get the outrage or the surprise.

If I didn't follow any of the toys I wouldn't have known the MK45 existed. It's not like they were explicit about it in the movie either. He just showed up with the new armor at the end. The standout armor of the movie was really the Hulkbuster.

This looks amazing, but as usual too much moola.

SWEEEEEEET!!! Looks like the Blood Lines armour that grew out of his skin in the comics. Love that he can do the "Perseus and Medusa" pose with the Ultron head! Nice to have the laser/repulsors effects too but thought the repulsors would give off more of a blue clean power wave/wash.

Good thing I'm up to speed on my Roman Numerals other wise I wouldn't know which one of these things I was buying lol lol. I guess Hot Toys is saying" Love it or hate it... But you're going to buy one of them. We're going to keep making them until you do "

nice but since its diecast we can't use the articulated figure stand to make flying poses so I'll have to pass.

Ah, glad it isn't too terrible but I agree something priced at a premium should fair better. I suppose that's the song we've been hearing though, especially with that Thor thread.

Good luck with the touch-up if it ever comes to that

that is the best Armor I have seen today of the million Iron man figures they have made. I may just buy this if it is slated for 2016. said I was through with the avenger figures, but since I don't own a Iron Man I am really tempted by this . again by far the best Armor I have seen him in.

I like the fact that other than the Hulk Buster this suits looks a little bulkier than the others. the other always tend to look a little too thin for a suit of armor. this one has a look of being bulkier but not too much if you get what I mean. again if this is slated for 2016 I may have my first and only Iron man figure.
