Damm, not sure whether to get this or SSC Darth Vader. Obviously Hot Toys have pulled out all the stops with this figure, But is Iron Man as Iconic as Vader?

    Very nice,

The RDJ sculpt is superb, and, if previous ones are anything to go by, the production one will look as good. I so wish I had the budget for HT.

    That is one mind-blowing figure!
Good thing I'm not that much of a fan. But it certainly looks like figure of the year.

That looks better than I could have hoped for. The portrait is particularly good and as with all things HT, I'm so glad to have placed an order. I hope they do more with this license.

I would expect to see a Mark II (repaint) version of this, but if they don't, just repaint it.

I will definitely do a flyinig pose with mine and put him next to my flying RoboCop 3 with Jetpack. Two flying men of Iron (or titanium laminated with kevlar).

    Hey,
Save some money and order it from

    http://www.toys2.net/home.php

They have him for $159.00 which is the lowest price I've seen. Also make sure
you change the shipping to UPS.

Not sure why all the US online stores have this costing so much, but I like to
save money and thought you all would like to know. Bet these are going to go fast.

    God bless,
    AFM

Not sure.. he's got shiny armor, lights up, has Downey Jr. lookalike hs and all but, it's all plastic; no clothes..
It's not HT's fault, that's just how the character is, but I learned from HT Robocop that I'm not into clothes-free figs that cost premium.

I look forward to getting this figure when he's released. I may buy two and tear the second one apart and see if i can do a refit onto a HT nude.
