    Side Show Premium Figure Format

Ok, stupid question time. Are the Side Show Premium Figure Format figures, just statues with "realistic" clothing on them? I ask because even though it's pricey, the new PFF Indiana Jones has probably the best Harrison Ford face sculpt I've ever seen...

Thanks for the quick response. Dont' think I'll be picking one up, then, but that is an awesome head sculpt.

I felt the same way about the articulation, but the statues are always posed well. Unless you feel the need to change you're figures poses every once in awhile, the quality and detail to attention of past releases really make them worthwhile (not to mention the sheer size). Just a different point of view.

Does it make me odd if I admit that I like to re-pose them occasionally?

You're right, it is one hell of a figure, but I really would miss the articulation.

Not to mention it's 1/4 scale and not 1/6, so it wouldn't be of much use if you were looking to use the sculpt on custom figure.

Hopefully the 1/6 version will turn out nice!!

I agree....But I still want to buy one though, that is the BEST Harrison Ford I've seen on a sculpture.

They are 1/4 statues with clothes. Some of them might have limited articulation but that is it. But the details are awesome.
