I don't know of any US stores that sell VH stuff loose, but you can always buy from the HK e-bay stores. There's a good list of them on the left hand side of the screen here.

Black Ops Toys, also on the sidebar on the left, usually has Very Hot stuff there as well. They're based in the USA, so if you don't want to deal with shipping costs from Hong Kong you can utilize that.

Viking Playground has the PJ set. Black Ops has the PJ and Night Ops Jumper. Cotswold breaks the sets apart from time to time.
