Thought I'd share a wip I've been working on. I designed these earlier this year on the computer and farmed out the cutting. Don't mind the lack of door latch handles, minor detail as I was tackling the glass....yup ballistic rated glass for the grunts. The windows slide up/down; note the glass is at different heights between the pics. All the inner recessed corners have consistent radii. These are the first set, so I consider them beta. The next ones I'll have debugged. So many projects, so little time.

    thanks guys.

billpete, cutting took only a few hours for all 4, deburring and assembly was probably 3-4 afternoons.
grizzer, that humvee is from Hasb. I wasn't lucky enough to score the r/c 21c rig.
1 Bravo 4, the windows slide. I was going to make a spring tensioned bolt latch(like school bus windows) so that the glass doesnt drop to the bottom using a spring from cheap bic pens...but the spring coil diameter is too large; luckily the friction alone is tight enough.

Very Nice! I've always felt that Hasbro missed the boat by not putting full sized doors on their HMMWV. I'll echo SSII; are you planning to market these? I need rear doors for my Hummer.
