Here thus one of my two dioramas (French trench) after a few months of work. I would post soon photographs larger and photographs of the customs present on this scene.

Great Dio young Padawan (this young french guy works with me...)!
nice to see French infantry in a trench dio. Reminds me of the scenes in "A very Long Engagement", wish I could see bigger pics.

My name is Mountain Trooper and I approve this message !
Very interesting subjects and dio, the uniforms hue stands out greatly from their gear and the trench itself giving your pics a nice contrast.

Nice work! Good to see some WWI stuff. And the Trench also reminds me of "A very Long Engagement" scene as Legion puts it. Great work!

The man in waistcoat, it acts of a cleaner of trench with armaments taken with German. For that in beret it is not an Chasseur Alpin but only officer of Infantry.
Many French officers all confused weapons (Infantry, Artillery...) liked to carry this style of cap. As on the Photographs of my Back Large Uncle, it carried a beret whereas it was useful in the Infantry
I stand corrected, that's some valuable information. Another reason why the hobby is so enjoyable.
