    Slightly OT: is it just me or is it high time for the return of the Hobby Store?
    Seems like we (OSW) gets ate least one of these requests every ~2 weeks.

    Personally, I jones for a moment immersed in the ambiance of a real-life hobby store!

    Just a thought.

    There are a couple hobby shops in my neighbourhood that have SOME 1:6 stuff but not much.

    Hobbyworks in Fairfax, Virginia on Pickett Road
    About 12 miles outside Washington DC.

    Piper Hobby in Chantilly, Virginia on Metrotech Drive
    About 20 miles outside Washington DC.

    Hobby Hangar also in Chantilly (I forget the street) is a good RC shop and model shop, but no 1:6 that I can remember.

    From local stores, I have only bought one figure retail and that was at a very heavy discount and with a coupon. There really isn't much in the area that I know of.
