I saw these three inch figures at TRU for $4.99 each the other day. The detail looks remarkable. I hope they do desert camo and foreign figures as well.
What does everyone else think of these?:

But history, which is never tidy, must always end with questions. Conclusions are much too convenient.

Man, if they're that cheap, buy 'em.

I saw these at Toyfair. They are very cool and well painted. Unfortunately they won't do ACUs or Marpat because of the difficulty of painting. Expect versions of their 6" figures as that is what they have tooling for.
Too small. They should have made them 1/18 scale so you could use them with BBi FOV and 21st Century vehicles and aircraft. Also they don't seem to have a problem doing MARPAT in that scale.
A friend of mine has them all from the beginning. The look great all together.

MK19 gunner and assistant gunner (if this were made into 1/6, you can expect to shell out around $200 with current 1/6 pricing, I would think)

At prices being offered (usually around $10 for base figure and then up for more elaborate dio-based figure), these make an excellent addition to 1/6 figures if you are modern military buff or a veteran.
They are very good buys. Some parts are moveable and removeable, but don't expect too much on this. They are really for viewing pleasures. Attention to details, very accurate, and great bargain in my opinion.
The 3 inch ones probably look nearly as good as their 5.5 inch versions since they're most likely made from the same prototype, but resized like the 12 inch versions were.
I doubt they'd cost 200, maybe priced around 60-90 since the two 12" statues that have been out were imho shelf warmers at 30$.
I'd rather blow my toy money on regular 1/6 stuff but the 5.5 inch version of those Heli gunners are way cool. I think theres also a PJ or Crewchief leaning out and/or fast roping from the cargo bays.
Hehe, that HALO guy is going to lose his carbine soon :P
