going to pass on this one - saving my 'free days' (and there are few) for some upcoming IPMS hobby conventions around the area.

Have fun and we look forward to some pics.

I won second place in the costume contest! I can't remember who won first place, since it was from Star Trek TNG...it was just shocking to me to have won. Here are some photos from yesterday. It was so much fun and I'm sorry for the day end. It was so hard not to smile...I guess I don't have it in me to be a true Vulcan.

    nice costume.
and it was nice to see some old school klingons.
I have been working on doing that type of costume for about a year now.
and tying to come up with a possable hybrid of the old and new.

    thanks for showing us.

Fat old school klingon orbiting Uranus ftw!
    Kupla!!
(Did the head waiter in the 2nd pict get your order right?)
(Ok really, were those people in costume or random pedestrians you posed with? It is S.F. after all)

    I kid.
    Looks like fun.

Yo Spartan!! That guy that looks like Cisco (?) from DS9...anyway, I did see him at the Star Trek Exhibit in San Jose a few months ago. Because I have never seen any DS9 episodes, I didn't know what he was supposed to be. He was showing my girlfriend a book of photographs while she sat in Captain Kirk's chair. I thought he was a waiter showing her what kind of wines were available!! LOL!!
