One of the best there is.

Jaded is so overrated. Cynicism is so last year. Misery has enough company. Dare to be happy.

Very good place to go, but depends on where you live. If you are international, then shipping will cost a lot. But still the service is excellent!

I meant goodstuff to go, haven't shopped at Toys N sword yet. Look at the retailer who advertise here at OSW, you can't go wrong with any of these vendors! I've shopped with most of them and all are fantastic in my opinion. Plus I don't think the staff at OSW would let any vendor advertise here without an excellent reputation.

The first time I bought action figures online was from GSTG. No hassles. I also found their prices very competitive. My package was professionally wrapped and delivered promptly.
It will work out in the end. If it doesn't, then it's not the end.

Can't say I've ever dealt with "the lady" (was it his wife, daughter, or someone minding the booth?) - then again we've ALL had our "bad days," (still no excuse)

I've bought from GSTG in-person at a couple of the 1/6 shows in Atlanta, GA and another in Asheville, SC. Ken was VERY cheerful & pleasant to deal with, and very patient, and a good businessman.

Sorry to hear about your experience, Betic1. I would give GSTG another chance and just deal with Ken directly - let him know your previous experience was less than ideal, and that you'd like to give him another chance to earn your business. You've nothing to lose by providing feedback about the customer experience - explain clearly, & calmly what you felt contributed to your negative experience.

"I had a bad run in and the lady was very very rude and lost my buisness then and for any future items"

Ken and Gail live about 20 minutes from me in Overland Park and I have to say about 3 months ago I had my shoulder replaced for the second time and I made and order from them and some items were missing. When I called I talked to Gail and she was more than professional she was also very personable. I have done business with them for years and never had a problem they have even gone out and found me some parts they didnt have in thier inventory. I have no problems with thier service or thier communication. Im sorry you had a bad run in with her but if I were you Id give them another chance they are great people who I personally would go out of my way for.

    Re: www.goodstufftogo.com

Last November i bought over eBay 2 DID Germans from a guy with nickname robgijoe, he's probably the owner of toysnswords.com. My worst eBay experience. No replies to my emails, no info if my items were shipped. PayPal refunded all money after my claim...

toysnswords.com. is not connected to GSTG. I'm not sure if toysnswords.com. even functions, might be a dead site.

Ken and Gail are good people, sometimes it's a matter of getting used to people, or maybe getting off on the wrong foot. They are operating out of Arizona these days.

Bought my 2nd Force Recon Rifleman 1970 from them and although I am in the middle of Europe, package came incredibly fast. Communication with them was also great.

I can honestly recommend them to everybody.

I bought from them personally in Overland Park when I lived near there, and I've ordered thru the website numerous times over the years. They are some of the best in the business, bar none. Even with their move to AZ my stuff still arrives incredibly quickly. Good folks to deal with.
