Printing 1/6 Backdrops on Cardstock?

Wow those are really cool...

The only way I can think of is to take the photos on a memory stick to a place that can do large sized prints like Vista Print or Staples...

On a home printer you would have to print 8" x 14" and do it in sections which would then have to be put together...I would not do this...

I have heard of good things about vista print, my friend used them for banners for her husbands 40th birthday and they were super cheap...

OK, you sound like you're in good shape. As crusader1xxx said, you can print the background in sections, or if your printer can print banners you can print one long strip.

Another possibility is to pose the figures, photograph them, remove the background, and place the images of the figures on your background.

I'm not sure if Gimp can do that, but if it can't look for a freeware photo editing software. Perhaps an older version of Paint Shop Pro?
