Looking for a good site for Russian gear references.I have the KGB set to review,and it's nearly identical to the DAM one I already reviewed and there are differences,and I want to see which is the more accurate set.
I usually keyword Google, and check sites and images, Aaron. There's a lot of airsoft-based sites, I find they are driven types, I try and find confirming references. With the Gorka suits for instance, outfits that sell real and duplicate stuff often have good photo refs. Ex: Gorka mountain suits by SPOSN, ANA and SPLAV
Literature is a bit slower making its way out into the general public, and can be an expensive addition to the cost of the hobby. Our "ultra-super-secret" group has been discussing the concept of a guide for just this sort of thing.
I agree with PD. The website red-alliance.net is also be a good reference as well if you read the other members' comments about an impression's accuracy.
