I have tried to fold realistically the sleeves of BDU jackets and some of my PMCs shirts and I am not able to do it properly. Any tricks and instructions you want to share about it?

I'm not sure what your end results look like, but my only solution has been to trim off enough of the sleeve so that there's only two folds 'til you get the sleeve-end where you want it: high on the forearm or above the elbow for example. it's a last resort, and I hate to ruin something on the slim chance that it might look better than it did.... which is always a crap-shoot the way I kit-bash figures!
