I’ve been looking at some of the DID Napoleonics. Bruce and Dick seem to have a sort of woolen felt. I took yet to the fabric store and the staff could not identify it. I noticed Herve’s coat seems to almost have a suede-like texture. All of the felts I find locally are too thick, too stiff, and too low-quality.

Does anyone know what kind of fabric this is and where I can get it?

The coat looks to be ultrasuede. Not sure on the navy material. Did you find a suitable replacement?
