I've painted some weapons and other things like knee pads, etc.

What should I use to seal the paint?

Before I used some of the varnish from the craft paint section at WalMart but it was way too glossy and shiny.

Any tips for what to do when you're finished painting but don't want it to rub off?

Thanks!

Ok, here it is, my first response on this forum. Ditto on the dullcote. I've been using it for years on just about every model project I've worked on. Usually only a single coat will do and you can find it just about anywhere.

Is this dull cote flexible? lets say like I weather a dragon vinyl boot and spary dull cote one...will the heating of it and the stretching to put on the shoe crack the dull cote or peel it?
