How would one go about making button holes? Would anti-fray stuff be necessary? Any suggestions? I am not having much success on my own with experimentation, and they's dang near impossible to reverse-engineer, so I just wondered if anyone out there had a technique that they would be willing to share...

Well, I found a way that works, sort of, with synthetic fabrics. I made a small slit, put the button through to see if it was wide enough, unbuttoned it and then heated up a small screwdriver (Like a glasses screwdriver.) I then used the screwdriver to melt the edges of the hole. I hope this works.

Sounds like a good idea, be interested to see the finished result.

You can just do it the way you'd do it on a 1/1 garment, except that it'd probably be by hand due to the small size. Put stitches all around the area where you're cutting the slit, and then use an xacto knife to slice just the right amount.
