    I make all kinds of those in Paint Shop Pro and IrFanView. Just Googled the ACU pattern for the background.

    Seems to be a run of violators lately and I don't mean the newbies!

    In order to deal with the problem staff will bemoving past editing since that doesn't seem to be work.

    Next step...DELETE!!

    I'd like to point out that I requested and was granted an exception to the 300 px rule to use the standard 350x19 "Userbar" (which are nice and small and don't take up a lot of bandwidth.)

    Paul - the best resizing program I've ever found is a freeware program called IrFanView. It's what I used to shrink down the stuff in my avvie and my sig.
