Rather than start a new thread, I figured I'd just add the new spec here-

Hot Toys - MMS 95 - Terminator Salvation: 1/6th scale JOHN CONNOR collectible figure

Hot Toys proudly presents the first human-kind MMS figure from the upcoming sci-fi movie in 2009 - Terminator Salvation: 1/6th scale John Connor collectible figures.

This collectible figure stands approximately 30 cm tall, featuring Hot Toys True-type figure body with over 36 points of articulation.

This John Connor figure features the high quality head sculpture (by Weapon X) , perfect painting (by JC Hong) and authentic Christian Bale likeness.

Right now, none of the John Connor product with Christian Bale’s likeness has been approved so far, besides Hot Toys’ 1/6th scale John Connor collectible figure. With our specialized experience to the collectibles, our talents and product standard have been highly recognized in the collectible industry, and this John Connor prototype sample has also been reviewed and officially approved by Christian Bale& McG (the director of Terminator Salvation) in person.

Is he wearing tiger stripepants? I was really really hoping for the HK416, but I was pretty sure theyd go the easy route since I saw the promo pic with the M4/LSS.

He does look rather nice and they've had plenty of practice at doing Bale sculpts so this should be a winner. I only hope the movie is as good.

i just crapped in my pants.Wow already some ebayer have this for preorder already.

There's T-600,T-700.God knows what hot toys will cook up next?hydrobot?the motorbike?

Coolest is the motorbike terminator if they make in 1/6 though

I think I just have to be just happy with the t-800 battle damaged version I bought last years back.Out of funds

I saw this figure first on eBay, too, and knew if there were any info on it, somebody at OSW would know. 25 years later, and we finally get a real John Connor worthy of the legend. I just hope somehow they get to do a Sarah Connor since Linda Hamilton will have voice over in the movie--or so I've heard.

looks awesome ! futuristic yet, close to present day. wonder if they'll do a t2 arnold. imagine having a collection of t1 arnold, t2 arnold, and t3. heck they can even make terminatrix, as they have the loken sculpt and body !!

Hopefully that will be fixed for production. Hot Toys does seemingly take into account little problems and try and fix them.
